        1. Purpose and legal basis for processing<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

          In particular, the purpose of the processing is for real estate sales activities, contacting, contracting, online marketing and legal obligations.<\/span><\/p>

          Information on the legal basis can be found in the relevant section of each processing activity. In general, the following applies: <\/span><\/p>

          Where we seek your consent to process your personal data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. <\/span><\/p>

          Where the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. <\/span><\/p>

              Use of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram (Meta) ads and Meta Pixels.<\/span><\/p>

              1. Storage of personal data and duration of processing<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                Personal data will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. In addition, we may be required to store your personal data to comply with legal obligations imposed on us by EU or Member State law (e.g. commercial and tax law). We will delete personal data at the end of the retention period required by the aforementioned standards, unless further retention is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract. <\/span><\/p>
